The addition of a unit at the Est end of the cathedral was very successful - so much so that the cathedral people are asking about a larger unit there for the next festival. We'll have to think about that when the time comes for budgets. I engaged the cathedral cleaners to clean both units every two hours and this seemed to work very well and kept everything in good order.  I know the toilets are not the most glamorous part of the the festival but, as I am sure you know, they form a very important part of the customers' experience."
